How do I find my referral code?+
Your referral code is automatically generated when you create an account. You can find it on your Profile page, your RC Wallet, or right here on this page when logged in.
When do I receive my RC Credits?+
Milestone 1 (1,000 RC) is credited when your friend completes KYC verification. Milestone 2 (1,000 RC) is credited after their first order is delivered and the return window closes. Milestones 3-5 unlock as your referral achieves further goals on the platform.
How much can I earn per referral?+
Up to 5,000 RC (₹500) per referral across all 5 milestones. Each milestone awards exactly 1,000 RC. There's no limit on the number of people you can refer.
Does my friend get signup credits just for joining?+
No — the V3 referral system rewards are milestone-based. Your friend doesn't get credits just for signing up. The rewards go to you (the referrer) when your referral hits real milestones like verification and first order.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?+
No limit! Refer as many friends as you want. Each referral can earn you up to 5,000 RC. However, there's a daily velocity limit of 10,000 RC from referrals to prevent abuse.
Can I withdraw RC Credits earned from referrals?+
Yes! Once your wallet reaches 5,000 RC (₹500 equivalent) and you complete KYC verification, you can withdraw to your bank account via UPI or bank transfer. Referral earnings count toward this threshold.
What are the anti-abuse protections?+
Self-referral, circular referrals (A refers B, B refers A), and abnormal velocity (>10,000 RC in 24 hours) are automatically detected and blocked. Each milestone can only be awarded once per referral relationship.
What if my friend creates an account but doesn't use my code?+
The referral link must be used during registration. If they visit your link but sign up later, the code is stored in their session for the duration of that visit. We recommend they sign up immediately after clicking your link.
