What's Covered

Returns must be submitted within 5 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after 5 days are not accepted.

Printing defects — smudges, misalignment, fading
Wrong size shipped (different from what you ordered)

Return Process

Our return process is simple and transparent:

Submit Request

Go to your Orders page and select "Request Return" within 5 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue.

Review

Our team reviews your request and photos within 24-48 hours.

Approval

Once approved, you'll receive confirmation with pickup details.

Pickup

Our delivery partner picks up the item from your address at no extra cost.

Refund / Replacement

Choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement product.

Maximum Return Window: 5 days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns cannot be processed regardless of the reason. Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately.
