Seller Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By registering as a seller on Resonance Threads, you agree to these Seller Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the seller dashboard, product listings, and earning mechanisms on the platform.

2. Seller Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must provide accurate business or personal information
• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawing earnings
• Your account must remain in good standing with no policy violations

3. Product Listings

As a seller, you are responsible for:

• Uploading original designs that you own or have rights to use
• Ensuring designs do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property
• Providing accurate product descriptions and categorization
• Complying with our content guidelines and community standards

Resonance Threads reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without prior notice.

4. RC Rewards & Earnings

Sellers earn Resonance Credits (RC Rewards) — a fixed RC per sale:

• Starter Tier: 500 RC per sale (₹50)
• Pro Tier: 1000 RC per sale (₹100)
• Elite Tier: 1500 RC per sale (₹150)
• Legend Tier: 2000 RC per sale (₹200)

RC is locked during order fulfillment and released to your wallet after delivery confirmation. The conversion rate is 10 RC = ₹1. Minimum withdrawal threshold is 5,000 RC (₹500). KYC verification required to upgrade past Starter and enable withdrawals.

Tier upgrades are managed by the Resonance team based on performance metrics.

5. Withdrawals

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal
• Withdrawals are processed within 5-7 business days
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 5,000 RC (₹500)
• Withdrawals are made to the bank account registered during KYC

6. Prohibited Content

Sellers must not upload designs that contain:

• Copyrighted material without authorization
• Hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Sexually explicit or violent imagery
• Misleading or fraudulent representations
• Content that violates Indian law

7. Account Suspension & Termination

Resonance Threads may suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

• Repeated policy violations
• Intellectual property infringement claims
• Fraudulent activity
• Inactivity exceeding 12 months

Upon termination, pending RC balances will be settled within 30 days if no disputes exist.

8. Limitation of Liability

Resonance Threads is not liable for production defects, shipping delays, or customer disputes beyond providing the platform infrastructure. Sellers acknowledge that production is handled by third-party vendor partners.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Sellers will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
