Shipping Policy
1. Processing Times
- Custom and print-on-demand orders: 3–7 business days for production before dispatch. This includes design printing, quality check, and packaging.
- Standard catalogue items: 1–2 business days for processing and dispatch.
- Processing times may be extended during sale periods, festive seasons, or due to high order volumes. We will notify you of any significant delays.
2. Delivery Timelines

3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
- ₹79 flat shipping fee on orders below ₹999.
- Bulk orders: Shipping charges for bulk and corporate orders are negotiated separately. Contact bulk@resonancethreads.in for a quote.
4. Order Tracking
- A tracking link is sent to your registered email and phone number via SMS once your order is dispatched.
- You can also track your order at any time from the My Orders page on resonancethreads.in.
- If you have not received a tracking update within 48 hours of the expected dispatch date, please contact support@resonancethreads.in.
5. NDR (Non-Delivery Report) Process
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice at your provided address.
- If both attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest courier facility for 5 days.
- If the package is not collected or re-delivery is not arranged within this period, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of ordering.
6. Damaged or Lost in Transit
- If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographs to support@resonancethreads.in.
- For orders lost in transit (no delivery update for more than 15 days after dispatch), please contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the courier.
- Verified cases of damage or loss will be resolved with a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
7. GST Invoice
- A GST-compliant invoice is included with all orders.
- You can also download your invoice at any time from the My Orders page.
- For B2B orders requiring specific GST details, please provide your GSTIN at checkout or contact us before placing the order.
8. Bulk Order Handling
- Bulk and corporate orders (10+ pieces) are handled separately with custom timelines and pricing.

- Bulk orders may have extended processing times of 7–14 business days depending on quantity and customisation requirements.
