1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Resonance Threads platform (resonancethreads.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Resonance Threads.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Each person may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at hello@resonancethreads.in.
3. Products and Customisation
- Custom and print-on-demand products are made-to-order specifically for you. Production begins upon order confirmation.
- You retain ownership of original designs you upload. By uploading a design, you grant Resonance Threads a non-exclusive licence to reproduce it for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- You represent that you have the right to use any design, image, or content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Product colours and appearances may vary slightly from on-screen representations due to monitor calibration and printing processes.
4. Orders and Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
- Payment is accepted via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, net banking), UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
- GST invoices are provided for all orders and are available for download from your My Orders page.
5. Intellectual Property
- The Resonance Threads platform, including its design, code, brand assets, and original content, is owned by Resonance Threads and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Users retain ownership of original designs they create and upload. Resonance Threads does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Resonance Threads' proprietary content without written permission.
6. User-Generated Content
- You are solely responsible for content you post, upload, or share on the platform.
- You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or illegal.
- Resonance Threads reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines without prior notice.
- By posting content publicly, you grant other users a non-exclusive licence to view and share it within the platform.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform without written permission.
- Engage in fraudulent transactions or provide false information.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the platform for any illegal activity under Indian law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resonance Threads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the value of that order. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
9. Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.
- Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution within 30 days of written notice of the dispute.
- Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
